DEFINITIONS USED IN THE PRIVACY POLICY:

Administrator: Artforms Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Szałwiowa 1, 15-665 Białystok, holding the Tax Identification Number (NIP) 546-139-15-44 and REGON 20088267200000.

Personal data: Any information about an identified or identifiable natural person through one or more specific factors defining the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of a natural person, including the device’s IP number, location data, online identifier, and information collected through cookies and other similar technologies.

GDPR: Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

Service: The website issued by the Administrator, to which this Policy applies, i.e., www.wikicnc.pl, managed by the Administrator.

User: Any natural person visiting the Service or using the services or functionalities made available on the Service.

DATA PROCESSING IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SERVICE

In connection with the User’s use of the Service, the Administrator collects data necessary to provide the individual services offered in the Service, as well as information about the User’s activity within the Service. Below are detailed rules and purposes for processing personal data collected during the User’s use of the Service.

PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES FOR DATA PROCESSING IN THE SERVICE

Using the Service

Personal data of all individuals using the Service (including IP address or other identifiers and information collected through cookies or other similar technologies) is processed by the Administrator:

  • to provide electronic services in terms of making the content collected in the Service available to Users—at that time, the legal basis for processing is the necessity of processing for the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR),
  • for analytical and statistical purposes—at that time, the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), consisting of conducting analyses of User activity and preferences to improve the functionalities used and the services provided;
  • for the potential establishment, pursuit, or defense against claims—the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), which consists of protecting its rights;

The User’s activity in the Service, including their personal data, is recorded in system logs. The information collected in the logs is primarily processed for purposes related to the provision of services. The Administrator also processes data for technical and administrative purposes, ensuring the security of the IT system and managing it, as well as for analytical and statistical purposes—in this regard, the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Contact Forms

The Administrator provides the opportunity to contact them via email or a contact form. Providing basic information (first name, last name, email address) is required to accept and process the inquiry, and failure to provide this information will result in the inability to handle the inquiry. Providing additional information is voluntary.

Personal data is processed:

  • to identify the sender and handle their inquiry—the legal basis for processing is the necessity of processing for the performance of a service contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
  • for analytical and statistical purposes—the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), consisting of conducting statistics on inquiries submitted by Users through the Service to improve its functionality.

Personal data is processed:

  • for analytical and statistical purposes—the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), consisting of conducting analyses of User activity in the Service to improve the functionalities used;
  • for the potential establishment, pursuit, or defense against claims—the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

COOKIE POLICY

COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGY

Cookies (commonly known as “cookies”) are information data, specifically text files, installed on the User’s device while browsing the Service. Cookies typically contain the name of the domain of the website from which they originate, the duration of their storage on the end device, and a unique number.

Cookies are used for:

  1. adapting the content of website pages to the User’s preferences and optimizing the use of the Service; in particular, these files allow for the recognition of the User’s device and the appropriate display of the website tailored to their individual needs,

These settings can be adjusted, in particular, to block automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or to be informed each time cookies are placed on the User’s device. Detailed information about the possibilities and methods for managing cookies is available in the settings of the web browser software. Not changing the cookie settings means that cookies will be placed on the User’s end device, and thus the Administrator will store information on the User’s end device and gain access to that information.

DURATION OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

The period for which data is processed by the Administrator depends on the type of service provided and the purpose of processing. In principle, data is processed for the duration of the service or the completion of an order, until the expressed consent is withdrawn, or an effective objection to data processing is submitted in cases where the legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator. The data processing period may be extended, particularly in the following circumstances:

  • until the expiration of potential claims arising from contracts between the Administrator and the User,
  • for the time necessary to pursue specific claims made by the Administrator or to defend against them (if the User has made the claims) in connection with the concluded contracts,
  • for the duration of obligations arising from legal regulations, particularly regarding tax and accounting regulations, e.g., obligations related to the storage of documentation in accordance with the requirements of the Act of September 29, 1994, on Accounting,
  • for the period necessary for the Administrator to document to public administration bodies, including the supervisory authority regarding personal data protection, the proper fulfillment of the legal obligations incumbent upon them,
  • for archival purposes, when it pertains to the history of correspondence conducted and responses provided to inquiries submitted (not directly related to concluded contracts).

After the processing period has expired, the data is permanently deleted.

DATA RECIPIENTS

In connection with the provision of services, statistical data is made available to external entities, including, in particular, providers responsible for managing IT systems used to deliver services, research companies, marketing agencies (in the context of marketing services), and companies affiliated with the Administrator.

With the User’s consent, their data may also be shared with other companies for their own purposes, including marketing purposes. The Administrator reserves the right to provide information about the User based on the appropriate legal basis and in accordance with applicable law to the relevant authorities or third parties requesting such information.

PERSONAL DATA SECURITY

The Administrator continuously conducts risk analysis to ensure that personal data is processed securely, primarily ensuring that access to the data is granted only to authorized individuals and only to the extent necessary to perform their tasks. The Administrator ensures that all operations involving personal data are recorded and carried out solely by authorized employees and collaborators.
